Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions for the Oman office.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and employee-related reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
• Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within retail, FMCG, or regional operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in bank reconciliation, AR/AP management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Oman Regional Office

• Experience working in a multi-entity or regional business environment.
• Knowledge of GCC accounting practices and compliance requirements.
