Part-Time Accountant; Russian Language

Whitewill Real Estate is an international luxury real estate brokerage operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and beyond. We specialize in premium residential and investment properties, working with top developers and clients from around the world. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our finance team to support increasing transaction volumes and financial operations.

We are seeking a part-time Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial compliance activities of our Oman-based entity. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can independently maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support the company’s financial operations with a high level of attention to detail.

• Maintain the company’s accounting records in Zoho Books
• Prepare required financial and tax reports
• Monitor company expenses and payments
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities when required
• Ensure compliance with Omani accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements

• Previous accounting experience in Oman
• Good understanding of Omani financial and tax regulations
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
