Billing Executive

The Billing Executive will be responsible for accurate and timely billing of FMCG orders invoice processing data entry documentation reporting and coordination with sales warehouse dispatch and finance teams The role requires strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume working environment.

• Generate invoices based on sales orders and dispatch records
• Verify pricing SKU codes VAT discounts and billing details
• Enter and maintain invoice data in ERP or billing software
• Maintain records of invoices credit notes and supporting documents
• Coordinate with warehouse dispatch and sales teams to ensure billing matches dispatched goods
• Confirm delivery schedules and customer billing instructions
• Ensure invoices comply with applicable tax requirements and company policies
• Identify and resolve pricing errors duplicate invoices and incorrect product entries
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly billing and sales reports
• Handle customer and internal queries related to billing and invoices

• Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  
  B.Com / BBA / M.Com .
• 1 3 years of relevant experience in billing or accounts in LOGISTICS / WAREHOUSE / FMCG.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP .
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, VAT, and basic accounting principles .
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
