Manager- Internal Audit

Relocation: Candidates currently based in India or Sri Lanka who are willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman, are encouraged to apply.

We are hiring for a reputed professional services firm in Oman, recognised among the country's Top 10 audit firms and part of a leading international network of independent audit, tax, accounting and consulting firms.

• Plan, manage and execute internal audit and risk advisory assignments across clients, industries and business processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls, corporate governance frameworks, operational processes and regulatory compliance.
• Identify control gaps, compliance risks and process inefficiencies, and recommend corrective measures.
• Review audit working papers, risk-control matrices and audit reports to ensure quality and compliance with professional standards.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management, and monitor corrective action implementation.
• Manage client relationships, lead and mentor audit teams, and ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets.
• Support Partners in business development, client proposals and identifying additional advisory opportunities.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, preferably with Big 7 audit firms.
• 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong expertise in risk management, internal controls, corporate governance and audit reporting.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
• GCC experience preferred.
