We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, cost control, and management information systems (MIS). The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing financial systems and controls for our new manufacturing operations while supporting financial management across the group’s businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, general ledger, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, supplier invoices, payments, and periodic closing procedures.

Financial Reporting & MIS:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Develop MIS reports and dashboards.

Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting:
Calculate product costs including raw materials, packaging, labor, and overheads. Monitor inventory valuation, stock adjustments, and SKU-wise profitability.

Budgeting & Financial Planning:
Prepare annual operating budgets, cash flow projections, and cost-reduction opportunities.

Taxation, Compliance & Audit:
Prepare VAT calculations and returns in accordance with Omani regulations, and coordinate with external auditors.

ERP & Financial Systems:
Assist in implementing and managing accounting and ERP software, establishing approval workflows, and ensuring integration across purchasing, inventory, production, sales, and finance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, trading, or multi-company operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, bookkeeping, budgeting, and Omani VAT compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or Tally.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are an advantage.
