- Handle day-to-day accounting activities for construction projects.
- Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
- Monitor project expenses, budgets, and cost records.
- Reconcile supplier statements, bank accounts, and project-related transactions.
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and project cost statements.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
- Support month-end closing, audit requirements, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 35 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction accounting, project costing, and expense tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site and finance teams.
