Senior Associate - Audit & Accounting

Handle and support external audit and accounting assignments for a portfolio of clients.

Review financial records, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Assist in the preparation and finalization of audit working papers and related reports.

Coordinate with clients to obtain required financial information and resolve outstanding matters.

Support bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting assignments.

Assist with VAT-related reviews, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Perform bank reconciliations and review accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Support fixed asset verification and other financial review assignments when required.

Prepare financial schedules, reports, spreadsheets, and client documentation.

Maintain proper engagement files and ensure documentation is complete and well organized.

Coordinate with internal team members and management to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Assist with other audit, accounting, and advisory assignments as required.

Qualification:

ACCA, CA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit.

Technical knowledge:
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit procedures. Good knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Work style:
Experience handling multiple client assignments and meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as within a professional team.

Skills:

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting applications.
