SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and incoming inquiries. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication across all departments.

This position will be based in Muscat, Oman, and will report to the Administration Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email, and routing calls to the appropriate employee.
  • Welcome visitors, manage bookings, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage all incoming mail and parcel deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to recipients.
  • Arrange travel for employees and guests, including flights, visas, accommodation, and transportation for local and international business trips.
  • Communicate with hotels to arrange bookings for events and training.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER We are looking for
  • A Diploma degree in any field of study.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic office systems.
