Introduct is an international IT company delivering digital solutions across Europe and the Middle East.
As we continue expanding in Oman, we're looking for an Office Manager who will become a key part of our growing Muscat office. This role combines office operations, employee support, travel coordination, and administration while helping develop Introduct Academy Oman.
We already have the foundations in place — now we're looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, improving processes, and making the office run smoothly every day.
What You'll Do- Coordinate the daily operations of our Muscat office.
- Support international employees with relocation, onboarding, and settling into Oman.
- Organize business travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Manage relationships with local vendors, landlords, and service providers.
- Handle office procurement, supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain office documentation, contracts, and administrative records.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and track office expenses.
- Maintain and update Introduct Academy's Instagram page with company news, events, and academy activities.
- Organize internal events, workshops, and team activities.
- Create a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment for employees and visitors.
- 1+ year of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in coordinating multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
- An international IT environment with colleagues from different countries.
