A reputable company in Muscat is seeking a skilled Administrator. We are looking for Indian or Nepali nationals with no English language requirement. This position is suitable for individuals without prior experience and offers accommodation.

• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
• Prepare and distribute relevant reports and documents as needed.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
• Answer and redirect phone calls and emails as necessary.
• Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.

• Indian or Nepali nationality.
• Biometric passport required.
• No English language requirement.
• Ability to work without prior experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
