AL-Damin United is a distinguished company based in Muscat, Oman, with investments and operations in Iraq and Oman. We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to lead our business development activities in Oman. This role requires a dynamic individual who can represent the company with professionalism and diplomacy while fostering meaningful collaborations with partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, contact, and engage with companies to initiate collaborations on specific projects in the energy, construction, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze opportunities across targeted industries.
- Prepare and deliver effective proposals, presentations, and partnership frameworks.
- Represent AL-Damin United with tact and diplomacy in meetings with companies, government bodies, and international partners.
- Collaborate closely with management to align business development strategies with the company’s objectives.
- Travel internationally to meet with companies across different continents (all travel expenses covered by the company).

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Energy Engineering, Business, or a related field).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent the company with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Omani nationals are strongly preferred.
