We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve company targets and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
• Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth business operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the Muscat region
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

1700$ per month (tax-free) + commission based on performance

Muscat (Omani nationals preferred)
