Sales Manager - Muscat, Oman
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in Muscat, Oman. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Muscat market
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Competitive salary of 1600$
