Senior Site Architect

Globally revered Design consultancy have a major project in Muscat Oman and are inviting Architects to join their Site Operation for October start.

• Senior Site Architect is required to lead the site based team and to ensure the project is on track, maintaining high stand of design intent this firm is renowned for but also within budget and time deadlines.
• Responsibilities will include overseeing a small design documentation team, site engineers and relaying information to Head office in Dubai.
• Managing contractor relationship to a high professional standard and responsibility for maintaining project financials are according to HQ's objective.

• This individual will have around 20 years experience post graduation of a Degree in Architecture and have delivered projects from Site in the Middle East, ideally recently within the last 5 years.
• This person would have worked on delivering large scale High End Hotel developments and Ideally worked in Oman previously. Highly advantageous if this person is currently based in Oman right now.
• Strong sense of design appreciation, teamed with expert construction knowledge, GCC/Oman regulations and building codes, excellent communication skills to manage teams and deal with client and main contractor are all required for this role.
