Sales Director | Muscat, Oman What This Role Is About
We are looking for a Sales Director, based in Muscat, to lead the sales strategy and execution for a regional FMCG organization.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customers and distributors, and ensuring strong sales execution across all channels in Oman.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with deep FMCG experience, strong knowledge of the Omani market, and a proven ability to build high-performing sales teams.
You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver integrated commercial plans, optimize route-to-market strategies, and strengthen customer partnerships.
Your ability to lead teams, expand market coverage, and deliver sustainable growth will be central to the success of the business.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit- 12–18 years of sales experience within FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Omani FMCG market, customers, and route-to-market models.
- Proven track record driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
- Experience managing distributors, key accounts, and national sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
