This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Head of Strategy based in Muscat. The Head of Strategy will be responsible for leading strategic planning processes, developing long‑term business plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams, providing strategic insights, managing consulting projects, and ensuring alignment between corporate vision and actionable strategies to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, market trends, and performance metrics
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to design and implement effective strategies
• Knowledge in Finance and Consulting to drive sound decision‑making and advisory capabilities
• Exceptional leadership abilities, problem‑solving skills, and decision‑making capabilities
• Proven experience in a strategy‑focused or leadership role, preferably in a corporate training or related industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field is advantageous
