Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging
- Ensure timely procurement of products to meet client requirements.
- Maintain a database of suppliers and products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and project
- Prepare detailed and competitive proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Ensure that all proposals comply with company standards and client
- Review and revise proposals based on feedback from clients and internal
- Maintain records of all proposals and follow up on their
- Work closely with the sales, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on proposals.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or suppliers promptly and
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, proposals, and supplier
- Generate regular reports on sourcing performance, cost savings, and proposal success
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies regarding sourcing and
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1to 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or proposal preparation, preferably within the industrial, oil & gas, engineering, or MEP
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
