What You Will Do
- Translate Complexity
- Take high-level business needs from stakeholders and turn them into clear actionable technical specs BRDs FRDs
- Be the Expert Use your deep knowledge of banking workflows Payments Lending Wealth Management or Risk to spot gaps before they become problems
- Manage Stakeholders Act as the main point of contact for project owners keeping them updated on progress and being honest about market or technical constraints
- Validate Success Work closely with QA and Dev teams to ensure the final product actually solves the user s problem
- Guide the Process Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to simplify legacy banking processes into modern digital experiences
- Banking DNA:
At least 5 years of experience specifically within the Banking/Fin Tech domain - Agile Mindset:
Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile environments and using tools like JIRA or Confluence
