What You Will Do- Translate Complexity:
Take high-level business needs from stakeholders and turn them into clear, actionable technical specs (BRDs/FRDs) - Be the Expert:
Use your deep knowledge of banking workflows (Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Risk) to spot gaps before they become problems - Manage Stakeholders:
Act as the main point of contact for project owners, keeping them updated on progress and being honest about market or technical constraints - Validate Success:
Work closely with QA and Dev teams to ensure the final product actually solves the user's problem - Guide the Process:
Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to simplify legacy banking processes into modern digital experiences
- Banking DNA:
At least 5 years of experience specifically within the Banking/Fin Tech domain You should understand things like KYC, AML, ISO 20022, or Credit Cycles like the back of your hand - Agile Mindset:
Comfortable working in Scrum/Agile environments and using tools like JIRA or Confluence - The "Why" Thinker:
You dont just take orders; you ask "Why?" to ensure we are building the right thing for the client - Communication
Skills:
You can explain a complex financial regulation to a developer and a technical API limit to a business headin simple language
