Construction Manager

Construction Manager vacancy in Muscat Oman

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

• Plan and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Manage and train construction staff and subcontractors
• Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
• Proficient in project management software
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
