Construction Manager

Overview

We are representing a leading, international Project Management Consultancy who are seeking a Degree qualified Construction Manager for a retail/leisure project in Muscat, Oman.

Reporting to the site based Project Manager, you will assume typical construction management duties that will include contractor supervision and dealing with architects and design consultants to ensure that the project is built to the developers requirements. My client is seeking a talented, ambitious, self motivated individual who has experience in all aspects of construction but particularly ‘base build’ and fit-out.

• Report to the site-based Project Manager and perform typical construction management duties.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate with architects and design consultants to ensure the project is built to the developer e29s requirements.
• Contribute experience in all aspects of construction, with emphasis on base build and fit-out projects.

• Must possess a relevant degree qualification (the client cannot consider candidates without a degree).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar capacity with a main contractor.
• Previous working experience in Oman or the Middle East is an advantage.
• Must be fluent in Arabic.

If you have the necessary experience then an all-in remuneration package of around 32-34,000 AED will be offered.
