Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising and coordinating all finishing works on site.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections for finishing materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of works.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update senior engineers on site status.
- Identify and follow up on snagging items until completion.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on site.
- Assist in material requests and quantity verification for finishing works.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in finishing works, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
