- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or related field
- 7 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of road construction methods and materials
- Familiar with asphalt works, grading, and drainage systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Position Summary:
Managing day-to-day site operations for road construction works, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Acts as a key link between site teams, engineers, and project management
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and method statements.
- Supervise subcontractors and site workforce.
- Track daily and weekly work progress.
- Assist in preparing progress reports and schedules.
- Maintain site records (daily reports, inspections, materials).
- Support preparation of as-built drawings.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and measurements.
- Identify site issues and propose practical solutions.
- Handle unexpected field challenges efficiently.
- Minimize delays due to technical or execution issues.
- Check setting out roads, structures, and utilities.
- Coordinate with surveyors for accuracy and compliance
