Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and milestones
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Ensure all civil works are executed as per approved design and standards
- Supervise site activities including structural, finishing, and infrastructure works
- Monitor daily progress and resolve site issues
- Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Monitor project cost against budget
- Approve and certify contractor bills and progress payments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
- Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies on site
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates
- Handle approvals from authorities and regulatory bodies
- Review material requirements and coordinate procurement
- Evaluate subcontractor performance
- Assist in tendering and contract management activities
