Construction Manager
Our construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of project management principles. As an English‑speaking job, fluency in both English and Hindi is preferred. A biometric passport is required for this position, as the candidate may need to travel internationally for project meetings or site visits.
The salary for this position is $1,700 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities- Developing project plans and budgets, including cost estimation and resource allocation
- Overseeing construction progress and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and addressing any safety concerns on site
- Managing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the completed projects
- Mentoring and supervising junior staff members
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Experience working on international projects is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
