OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist will play a critical role in managing all contractual aspects of the Super Port project in Oman
, ensuring compliance with international standards and project requirements. This position involves contract administration, claims management, and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on FIDIC frameworks and stakeholder coordination.
- Will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all project Contracts.
- Shall assist Resident Engineer in preparation of Contractual letters for issuing to Contractors as and when required.
- Work in close coordination with Resident Engineer, Team Leader and Client and ensure that the works are being executed strictly in adherence with agreed Contract.
- Must have a minimum of 20 years related to Project/Contract Experience Management of large construction projects.
- Preferably has expertise in preparing /managing overseeing the implementation of infrastructure contracts.
- Experience in contract administration under FIDIC Conditions of Contract is an added advantage.
- Must have served in a similar capacity at least 2 ports construction projects of similar nature with each project 400 million USD or more construction costs.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
