Fit-Out Project Manager About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects from planning through to successful handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong project coordination, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills to contribute to the continued growth of our business.

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and support the development of commercially sound budgets based on project scope, market pricing, materials, and labour requirements.
• Monitor project quality throughout the full project lifecycle and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with approved specifications, standards, and client expectations.
• Act as the key coordination point between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and support effective project execution.
• Plan, organise, and oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely achievement of project milestones.
• Manage project close-out and handover activities, including final works, documentation, approvals, and client deliverables.
• Build and maintain productive supplier relationships and support procurement activities to secure suitable materials, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery timelines.

• Previous experience in a fit-out or project management role.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in Oman or the wider GCC region.
• Strong commercial awareness, including knowledge of market materials, pricing, and budgeting practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driving license and bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to generate new client relationships or business opportunities for the company is a strong advantage.
