- Assist in the preparation of interim valuations final accounts and cost reports
- Measure quantities from drawings and site to prepare bills of quantities and take-offs
- Support in cost estimation for variations claims and change orders
- Coordinate with site teams to monitor progress and update cost value reports
- Assist in preparation and review of subcontractor payments invoices and comparisons
- Maintain proper records of drawings site instructions and correspondence for contractual purposes
- Support für procurement for technical clarification and budget comparison
- Assist in cash flow forecasts and cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget
- Liaise with consultants clients and subcontractors under the guidance of the Senior QS
- Ensure compliance with company policies contract terms and industry standards
- B tech in Civil Engineering
