Job Summary -
We are hiring HSE Manager for a utility-scale power/renewable energy project. This is a senior, hands‑on HSE leadership role covering site oversight, independent auditing, and serious incident investigation on large-scale power generation and IPP (Independent Power Producer) projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all HSE functions across a utility‑scale construction/power generation site
- Conduct independent HSE audits in line with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards
- Lead Serious Incident investigations and oversee root‑cause analysis for all HSE incidents
- Drive HSE compliance, risk assessment, and safety culture across contractors and subcontractors
- Report to senior leadership/client on HSE performance, audit findings, and corrective actions
- Mentor and oversee site HSE teams and ensure regulatory/statutory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, or related field
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification
- 15+ years overall HSE experience, incl. 8+ years as Senior HSE Manager/Consultant on utility‑scale construction/power projects
- 10+ years incident investigation experience; capable of leading Serious Incident investigations
- Proven HSE audit/oversight experience on 2+ renewable energy or Power IPP projects
