Our construction company in Muscat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead and coordinate various construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

• Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns
• Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Supervise and manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Review and approve project designs, plans, materials, and methods
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead teams
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
