We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role is part-time, making it ideal for individuals who want to pursue a career in construction while maintaining a flexible schedule.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and timelines
• Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within allocated funds
• Oversee the hiring and supervision of subcontractors and construction workers
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of a project

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other team members
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1400$ per month.

This role is based in Muscat, Oman.
