As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on a part-time basis. • Oversee and manage construction projects on a part-time basis.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

• Previous experience in construction management is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
