Our construction company is seeking a skilled Mason Foreman to join our team in Muscat. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all masonry work on our construction projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual who can ensure high-quality work while adhering to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate masonry work on construction sites
- Ensure efficient use of materials and resources
- Supervise and train masonry workers
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques tools and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as needed
