Construction Manager; Malayalee​/Kenyan

Our construction company is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Muscat

As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from planning and budgeting to hiring contractors and ensuring quality control

• Develop project plans and timelines taking into consideration budget and resource constraints
• Source and hire contractors negotiate contracts and manage their performance
• Oversee the construction process ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
• Monitor progress and quality of work on site
• Coordinate with architects engineers surveyors and other professionals involved in the project
• Maintain compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Manage relationships with clients subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare progress reports for senior management

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager within the construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English Malayalam or Swahili proficiency is preferred

This is a contract position without accommodation provided However we are able to provide visa sponsorship for non-Omani nationals
