Qualifications Degree Diploma in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related discipline
Key Responsibilities- 1 Manage post-contract quantity surveying activities for engineering construction and maintenance contracts
- 2 Prepare and review monthly valuations measurements re-measurements and final accounts
- 3 Review and evaluate variations claims rate analysis and price escalations
- 4 Review subcontractor claims and provide commercial contractual input
- 5 Review BOQ MTO BOM and project quantity changes
- 6 Prepare cost estimates commercial reports and final cost information
- 7 Conduct site measurements and verify quantities of materials labour plant and equipment
- 8 Coordinate with project teams subcontractors clients and consultants on commercial matters
- 9 Maintain accurate QS records and support contract commercial discussions
- 1 Degree Diploma in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 2 Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- 3 Relevant experience in oil amp gas EPC construction engineering or maintenance contracts
- 4 Strong post-contract quantity surveying and commercial management experience
- 5 Experience in valuations measurements variations claims and final accounts
- 6 Good knowledge of BOQ MTO BOM rate analysis and cost estimation
- 7 Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- 8 Strong communication coordination and negotiation skills
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 2. Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- 3. Relevant experience in oil & gas, EPC, construction, engineering or maintenance contracts.
- 4. Strong post-contract quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
- 5. Experience in valuations, measurements, variations, claims and final accounts.
- 6. Good knowledge of BOQ, MTO/BOM, rate analysis and cost estimation.
- 7. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- 8. Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
