We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our interior fit-out projects ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and coordinating with the site supervisor and project team The ideal candidate will bring experience in fit-out projects specifically within retail F B and office spaces and have substantial Middle East project experience

• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of on-site fit-out work for retail restaurant and office projects
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site
• Review project specifications construction drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with the site supervisor and subcontractors to ensure timely project progress and resolve technical challenges as they arise
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with design standards
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports on project status including site activity logs and technical documentation
• Ensure efficient use of materials minimizing waste and controlling project costs
• Assist in planning project timelines and coordinate with procurement teams for material and equipment availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues related to design structural or technical aspects of the project
• Liaise with architects designers project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Supervisor specifically in interior fit-out contracting projects
• Strong technical background in the construction of retail restaurant and office spaces
• Prior experience working in the Middle East is preferred
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and project specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction standards codes and safety guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fit-out contracting industry
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
