Estimator – Interior Fit- Projects; Retail​/F&B

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately evaluating project costs, timelines and materials for our interior and exterior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the fit-out industry in the GCC and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in estimating project costs to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

• Analyse project plans, specifications and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates for interior and exterior fit-out projects
• Prepare and submit detailed project cost proposals, including materials, labour, equipment and subcontractor requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers and other team members to identify cost-saving opportunities and align estimates with project budgets
• Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes and negotiate to ensure cost efficiency
• Maintain updated knowledge of material prices, market trends and supplier options
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary during project progression
• Prepare tender documents and participate in bid evaluations and negotiations

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an estimator in the interior fit-out industry within the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, construction methods, and project pricing in the GCC market.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
