Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager/ Foreman

- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects planning execution handover
- Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams
- Develop project schedules budgets and resource plans
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local regulations safety standards and quality requirements
- Manage procurement processes and subcontractor performance
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee contract administration variations and claims
- Ensure effective cost control and financial tracking of projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in building construction and contracting.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations in Oman/GCC.
- Experience in handling subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) is preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
