Twine is seeking an experienced videographer to facilitate a live online training session via Zoom for an IT support event in Muscat, Oman.
The session will be held in a hotel hall for approximately 35 in-person participants, with the trainer joining remotely. The videographer will be responsible for setting up and operating a single wide-angle camera and wireless microphones, ensuring high-quality video and audio capture throughout the day. The event will take place on Monday the 8th, running from morning until evening, and requires seamless coordination between onsite and remote participants.
Deliverables- Set up and operate a wide-angle camera to capture the entire training session.
- Configure and manage wireless microphones for clear audio capture.
- Route audio from wireless microphones to the venue’s hotel sound system.
- Stream the event live via Zoom, ensuring stable connectivity and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with the remote trainer to facilitate smooth communication with onsite participants.
- Provide technical support throughout the event, addressing any audio-visual or streaming issues promptly.
- Dismantle and pack up all equipment at the end of the session.
- Proven experience in live event videography and streaming, preferably for corporate or training events.
- Proficiency with Zoom and live streaming equipment, including cameras, wireless microphones, and audio mixers.
- Strong understanding of audio routing and integration with venue sound systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently under time constraints.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be physically present in Muscat, Oman on the event date.
- Availability for a full-day commitment on Monday the 8th.
