Role DescriptionResponsibilities
- Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and the ability to design personalized itineraries
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to address client inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of working with Travel Agencies and familiarity with the travel and tourism industry
- Ability to work in a team setting while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- A background in hospitality, travel, or a related field is required
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in travel, tourism, or a related discipline is a plus
