Position: CRM Strategy Lead: Personalization & Customer Growth
A leading airline company is looking for a CRM Manager in Muscat. The ideal candidate will oversee customer relationship initiatives and manage CRM systems while collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior and designing targeted campaigns. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 8 years of CRM experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency in CRM platforms like CRIS.

Knowledge of both English and Arabic is preferred.
