Position
We are seeking a bilingual concierge to join our team in Muscat.
ResponsibilitiesAs a concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with reservations and recommendations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, have excellent communication and problem solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to both Egyptian and foreign candidates and no English language proficiency is required. Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
Other informationThis is a visa sponsorship job but accommodation will not be provided. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
