Join Salam Air’s Ground Operations team in Muscat!
What you’ll do:- Handle lost and delayed baggage cases end-to-end
- Coordinate baggage recovery and return
- Process claims and maintain accurate records
- Keep customers informed on case progress
- 3–5 years of aviation experience, with exposure to baggage services
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
