What You’ll Do:- Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions.
- Fluency in Hindi (verbal) is a must
. - Deliver outbound telesales campaigns, helping our clients grow their business.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer prompt solutions.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet targets and exceed expectations.
- Fluency in English, Arabic (written and verbal), and Hindi (verbal).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- This is an entry level position (Expected Salary 325 OMR).
- Fresh graduates preferred, no prior experience needed – comprehensive training provided.
- Shift-based flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
