BIM Manager (On-Site | Design & Build Project – Oman)

We are seeking a hands-on BIM Manager to join our on-site team in Muscat, Oman for a large-scale Design & Build project (Cultural Complex).

This role combines active BIM modeling with team leadership and coordination responsibilities. The BIM Manager will be directly involved in architectural model development while leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination across structure and MEP. The position reports to the Head of Design and requires close collaboration with both design and construction teams on site.

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit
• Lead BIM coordination with Structural and MEP disciplines
• Establish, implement, and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in a Design & Build environment
• Manage and coordinate a BIM team of 2–3 modelers, including task allocation, guidance, and model reviews
• Perform and oversee clash detection, coordination meetings, and issue resolution processes
• Ensure BIM models meet required LOD/LOI, quality standards, and construction requirements
• Coordinate BIM deliverables with construction sequencing, shop drawings, and technical submissions
• Act as the primary BIM interface between design teams, construction teams, and project management
• Support preparation of as-built models and handover documentation
• Maintain model accuracy, data consistency, and multidisciplinary alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience
• At least 3–5 years in a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, or Senior BIM Coordinator role
• Strong hands-on BIM modeling experience (not coordination-only)
• Proven experience on Design & Build projects
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Autodesk Revit (architectural focus)
  • BIM 360
• Solid understanding of:
  • Multidisciplinary BIM coordination
  • Clash detection and resolution workflows
  • LOD requirements across design and construction phases
• Experience working on site and supporting construction teams directly
• Professional working proficiency in English
