Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D shop drawings and production drawings.
- Develop 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations.
- Produce furniture, joinery, kitchen, wardrobe, and interior fit-out drawings.
- Prepare BOQs and material take-offs from approved drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, and structural requirements.
- Revise drawings according to client, consultant, and project manager comments.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers during production.
- Organize project documentation and drawing revisions.
- Support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or architectural drafting.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
. - Experience with Sketch Up
, 3ds Max
, V-Ray
, or similar rendering software. - Knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office
. - Experience preparing shop drawings for custom furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and wall panel systems.
- Good understanding of construction details and site coordination.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
