Consultant​/Specialist - Orthopedic Surgeon

Domo Ventures is a leading manpower-consulting firm in the GCC region. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant / Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon for a reputed client in Oman.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic surgery and be able to provide high-quality medical care to our patients. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
• Perform surgical procedures as needed, including joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and fracture repair
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative consultations with patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including medication, physical therapy, and other interventions
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in orthopedic surgery
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of policies and protocols
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and residents
• Adhere to all medical and ethical standards set by the company and relevant regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Completion of a residency program in orthopedic surgery
• Board certification in orthopedic surgery
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant/ Specialist in orthopedic surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
• Valid medical license to practice in the country
