• Conduct pre-operative evaluations, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical assessments of patients
• Formulate and implement individualized anesthesia plans based on the unique needs of each patient
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs during surgical procedures
• Utilize various anesthesia techniques and equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams to provide integrated care and support
• Identify and manage any anesthesia-related complications during and after surgery
• Oversee post-anesthesia recovery, ensuring effective pain management and safety
• Commit to continuous professional development and adherence to the latest standards in anesthesia care

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency in Anesthesiology
• Valid medical license to practice in Bahrain
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Anesthesiologist
• Proficiency in administering anesthesia across various surgical procedures
• Strong knowledge of pain management techniques and advanced monitoring methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
