Pediatrician

Talentspoc is looking for an experienced Pediatrician to join our healthcare team in Oman. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to children, addressing their medical needs from infancy through adolescence. We seek a passionate and knowledgeable Pediatrician who values a collaborative approach to patient care and is dedicated to promoting the health and well‑being of our young patients.

• Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions affecting children, from routine health checks to complex health issues.
• Administer vaccinations, monitor growth and development, and promote preventive care.
• Educate families about health, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide the best patient outcomes.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest practices in pediatric medicine.

• M.D. or D.O. degree from a recognized medical school.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics.
• Current medical license to practice in Oman.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in pediatrics.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on patient and family education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
