One of the Well-known Companies in Oil and Gas sector in Oman is looking to hire the following :
PositionElectrical Trainer / Oil & Gas
Males only.
Contract6 Months.
Arabic / English.
Requirements- Min. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Electrical instructor or trainer, 5-10 years.
- 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery.
- Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Prior Experience with Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory.
- Conducted classroom and on-job training as per program design and structure; including conducting assessment and examination.
- Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare training plan/schedule, training reports, etc.
